OneGamePlan General Terms and Conditions

When you click "Sign Up Now!" to submit your order online you are making an offer to purchase a membership, which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Your credit/debit card will be debited.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately.
We reserve the right not to fulfill and to cancel orders in the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfill your order at the correct price or if we are unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card.
It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that all of their account information is accurate and up to date. This especially applies to their name and mailing address and we will use this information to issue commission cheques and send payments.
Cancellations (with refund) are permitted within 7 days of first signing up for your OneGamePlan membership. To receive a refund, you must send a written request to Accounts@OneGamePlan.com. All refunds will be processed as a credit on the credit card you used to pay for your subscription.
Prices displayed on the membership section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Submit" you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.
We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) ("Personal Information") you supply to us in order to fulfill your subscription order.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of the Province of Ontario. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ontario courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
OneGamePlan members agree not to misrepresent OneGamePlan in any way or make disparaging remarks of any sort, either verbal or written, regarding OneGamePlan and its members. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate termination of a member’s OneGamePlan account and may results in legal action.
Failure to comply with the policies as stated above will result in the immediate termination of a member’s OneGamePlan account.

These Terms and Conditions override any contrary terms or conditions published by us in relation to any order placed by you with us.

OneGamePlan Refund Policy
Cancellations are permitted at any time without a refund.

OneGamePlan members who cancel their accounts less than 48 hours after their OneGamePlan membership billing date can have their last payment refunded with a written request to Accounts@OneGamePlan.com.

One Game Plan will both vigorously pursue legal action and remedy against any person, company or entity that violates the rights of this proprietary information and the copyrighted materials.

www.OneGamePlan.com is wholly owned by One Game Plan and all of the content has been solely licensed to One Game Plan for its use and publishing on their websites. One Game Plan reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
